Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. MBBS Doctors with AFIH or DIH and having minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in any Manufacturing Unit or Hospital, having good knowledge of Clinical and Patient care, First-Aid & ER etc. may apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day to Day Management of the Plants Occupational Health Centre (OHC) along with the Paramedics
- Responsible for providing medical care to company's employees & their families, through OPDs & if required, through referral to specialized centers /hospitals
- Handling All Factory Medical cases Basic Consultation, First Aid & Emergency Care Services
- Provide emergency care to the employees in case of workplace related injuries, illness and exposure.
- Maintaining medical health records in prescribed statutory format at the OHC
- Responsible for the budget preparation & budgetary control (w.r.t medical expenses)
- Identification of occ. health hazards at the plant across various shop floors & notifiable diseases (if any)



as per provisions in Factories Act
- Carry out ergonomic study at various operating locations within the plant.
- Support Plant Team in conducting bi-annual health evaluations of the workforce.
- Conduct pre-employment health evaluations for current workers
- Supporting Plant HR & EHS Team in conducting various health & wellness awareness programs / workshops - lifestyle diseases, prevention of occupational health hazards etc.
- Responsible for Liaison with local Govt. Hospitals, Doctors & Certified Surgeon
- Medicine management at the OHC
- Maintain proper hygiene & ensuring proper disposal of medical waste meeting statutory norms.
- Support CSR Team in organizing various health & wellness related camps for local community
- Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/inputs
