Personal Assistant to Director
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Full-time, in-office) Experience: 1-2 years (exceptional freshers encouraged to apply) Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred Reporting to: Director, VIPL Group
About VIPL Group
VIPL Group is a diversified, Nagpur-based conglomerate with interests spanning IT/GovTech, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Sports & Wellness. The Director personally drives the group's real estate developments, expands the technology business into new geographies, is building a new hospitality experience in Nagpur, and actively evaluates early-stage investment opportunities. This is a high-growth, high-momentum office and the pace shows no signs of slowing.
The Role
We're looking for someone to sit at the Director's side and make his day, his decisions, and his follow-through more efficient across every vertical he touches. This isn't a conventional PA role restricted to calendars and travel. You will be tracking what matters, chasing what's pending, and making sure nothing the Director cares about falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do
- Scheduling & calendar management - organize the Director's day across meetings, site visits, and travel, protecting his time and flagging conflicts before they happen
- Meeting preparation - pull together the right context, documents, and numbers before each meeting so the Director walks in ready
- Minutes of Meeting (MoM) - capture accurate MoMs and ensure action items are logged and owned
- Follow-ups & execution tracking - chase pending items across teams and vendors until they're closed, not just noted
- MIS & reporting - maintain clean, up-to-date MIS across the Director's various initiatives and verticals
- Tracker optimization - build and continuously improve trackers/dashboards that give the Director a real-time view of what's moving and what's stuck
- Cross-functional coordination - liaise with teams across IT, real estate, hospitality, and sports & wellness to keep initiatives on track
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in an PA or operations support role (exceptional freshers welcome)
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is a plus, not a requirement
- Robust organizational skills and an instinct for follow-through you notice what's pending without being told twice
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (we'll train you further on the job)
- Comfort working across multiple, unrelated business areas at the same time
- Discretion and reliability - you'll be close to sensitive, high-stakes information
Why This Role
You'll get a front-row seat to how a diversified group is actually run - real estate deals, tech expansion, hospitality launches, and early-stage investments, all through one office. For the right person, this is less a support role and more an apprenticeship in how growth-stage decisions get made.
