Production Planning & Scheduling:-

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and available resources.
- Evaluate work orders and convert them into production schedules.

Material Planning & Inventory Control:-

- Estimate material requirements based on production plans and coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments.

Capacity Planning & Resource Utilization:-

- Plan and optimize machine capacity, manpower allocation, and production resources.
- Calculate daily, weekly, and monthly production achievement percentages

Production Monitoring & Coordination:-

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.

Reporting & Data Analysis:-





- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, planning reports, order tracking reports, and MIS dashboards.

Continuous Improvement:-

- Support initiatives related to productivity improvement, inventory optimization, lead-time reduction, and cost control.

Requirements & Skills:-

- Basic understanding of Production Planning & Control (PPC), manufacturing processes, and inventory management.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Dashboards).
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

SALARY : Rs.25000/- TO 35000/- PM
