Key Responsibilities:

- Open and manage orders in Qualia - including adding all parties from contract and vendor management
- Communicate professionally with clients or stakeholders to provide timely updates on title progress
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
- Manage multiple title files and deadlines concurrently
- Preparing Tax Certificates in Massachusetts. New Hampshire and Maine

Requirements:

- Mandatory experience with Qualia software
- Excellent written communication skills with robust grammar and punctuation
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Previous experience in U.S. title processing is preferred
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift
