Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive professional who can take complete ownership of our website and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, creating engaging content, and improving customer experience across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update the company website regularly with new products, banners, offers, and content.
- Create, edit, and optimize product pages for higher conversions.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces.
- Upload new products and maintain existing listings.
- Write SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
- Coordinate product photography, image editing, and listing creatives.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and product availability.
- Ensure product listings comply with marketplace policies and quality standards.
- Improve website performance, navigation, and user experience.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and internal teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic,



and conversion reports.
- Analyze competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve online sales.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and catalog-related challenges.

Required Skills

- 1-5 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Shopify, Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and product listing optimization.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or similar graphic editing tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
