We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in data modelling, data profiling, SQL, DBT Cloud, and Snowflake, with a proven ability to build robust data solutions that support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
- Perform data modelling and data profiling activities to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Build and optimize scalable data solutions within Snowflake environments.
- Develop data transformation workflows using DBT Cloud.
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,
data analysts, and engineering teams to understand data requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, ensuring reliable and accurate data delivery.
- Implement data quality checks and best practices for governance and performance optimization.
- Support data warehouse enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an ETL Developer/Data Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Modelling and Data Profiling.
- Solid experience in designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with DBT Cloud.
- Strong working knowledge of Snowflake.
- Experience in data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
