Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment and hiring, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, supporting audit-related activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining and providing required HR documentation.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers as required.




- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or a Bachelor's degree with relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in Hindi (spoken).
- Energetic, proactive, and capable of conducting employee events and engagement programs.
- Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
