Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the bancassurance channel.
- Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
- Provide training and support to bank employees on insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in banca or bancassurance sales or related field (insurance sales/broking).
- Solid understanding of general insurance sales principles, including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance etc. .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
