About the Role

As a Research Associate, you will work on business research projects across India and global markets, helping clients identify the most relevant industry professionals, companies, and decision-makers for a wide range of research assignments.

Every project is unique. One week you could be researching the renewable energy industry in Europe, the next week the pharmaceutical sector in India, manufacturing companies in the Middle East, or technology firms in North America. This role offers continuous learning across industries, business functions, and global markets.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand project requirements, conduct in-depth secondary research, identify relevant industry experts and companies, and build high-quality research databases that enable our Expert Engagement team to connect with the right professionals.

This is an analytical, research-driven position designed for individuals who enjoy learning, solving problems, and exploring how businesses operate across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and project objectives across multiple industries and geographies.
- Conduct detailed secondary research using LinkedIn, company websites, business databases, industry publications, and other online research tools.




- Identify relevant industry experts, decision-makers, companies, and organizations based on project requirements.
- Research business models, products, technologies, markets, value chains, and industry ecosystems.
- Build accurate research databases containing professional profiles and verified contact information.
- Validate, organize, and maintain research data with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare concise research summaries and project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Expert Engagement team to ensure successful project execution.
- Continuously learn about new industries, emerging technologies, and global business trends.

Who Should Apply?

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Engineering, Management, Commerce, Science, Arts, or equivalent).
- Individuals who enjoy research, learning, and problem-solving.
