- Product Conceptualization: Lead the design and development of new products from initial concept to final manufacturing release.
- 3D Modeling & Drafting: Create complex 3D models, assemblies, and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Elevation & Spatial Design: Generate precise architectural/structural elevations and layouts for product integration.
- Prototyping & Testing: Build, test, and validate physical prototypes to resolve design defects before mass production.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with toolrooms, manufacturing teams, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and cost optimization.
Required Skills
- Expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Solid understanding of NPD processes,DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and DFA (Design for Assembly).
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
