- Review financial feasibility of new products and business proposals before approval.
- Evaluate RR proposals and check asset-wise returns to support investment decisions.
- Approve and monitor commission payouts and verify incentive calculations as per policy.
- Work on costing and pricing for current products, markets, and schemes to ensure margins are met.
- Analyze sales margins and identify reasons for changes due to price, volume, or product mix.
- Monitor overheads and internal consumption costs and review variances against benchmarks.
- Review inventory valuation, stock revaluation, and required provisions.
- Validate secondary sales and stock data to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Identify low-performing or underutilized assets and support corrective financial actions.
- Support statutory, cost, and internal audits by providing accurate data and explanations.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, supply chain, and other teams to improve financial controls and support business decisions.
