Job Summary:
We are looking for a Vigilance Officer to ensure the safety and security of company assets, prevent inventory loss, and monitor warehouse/store operations. The role involves conducting audits, investigating incidents, monitoring CCTV, and ensuring compliance with security procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor warehouse/store operations to prevent theft and inventory loss.
- Review CCTV footage and investigate security incidents.
- Conduct routine security audits and surprise checks.
- Report incidents and prepare investigation reports.
- Coordinate with Operations and Security teams.
- Ensure compliance with company security and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of audits, incidents, and corrective actions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Vigilance, Security, Loss Prevention, or Warehouse Operations.
- Graduate .
- Positive communication and report-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
