We are seeking an experienced State Head to lead the complete Vehicle Finance business across the state. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring robust credit quality, strengthening collections, expanding dealer and channel partnerships, managing profitability, and leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, Legal, and Risk.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Commercial Vehicle (CV), Used CV, Passenger Vehicle (PV), Tractor, and Two/Three Wheeler financing, with a proven track record of scaling portfolios while maintaining healthy asset quality.
