- Develop and execute formulations for OSD products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify technology gaps and develop strategies for improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues related to MFR (Manufacturers Formulation Record) and BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up production processes.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in formulation development.
- Robust understanding of exhibit batches, GAP analysis, MFR, OSD technologies, scale up, troubleshooting skills, BOM, Protocol Preparation and Review, Site transfer documents etc.
- Experience with technology transfer from R&D; to manufacturing scale-up.
