- Train candidates on customer handling, sales techniques, merchandising, billing, and inventory management.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and reports.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and documentation.
- Support trainees in improving employability and interview readiness.
- Coordinate with project and placement teams to ensure successful training outcomes.

- 2+ years of retail operations experience.
- 2+ years of retail training experience.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
