- We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Accountant with strong expertise in international trade, factory accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in import/export documentation, inventory and cost accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- The candidate will play a key role in managing the company's financial operations while ensuring complete compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities : -

- Financial Accounting
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.
- Assist with Income Tax compliance and assessments.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- International Trade & Import/Export
- Handle import and export accounting transactions.
- Coordinate customs documentation, shipping documents, and logistics.
- Manage Letters of Credit (LC), Advance Payments, Foreign Remittances, and Import/Export documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade policies, tariffs, and applicable duties.
- Factory Accounting & Costing
- Maintain factory accounts, production expenses, and inventory records.
- Monitor raw material consumption, finished goods, and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare cost sheets and analyze manufacturing costs.
- Support inventory audits and factory financial controls.
- Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Analyze expenses, profitability, and operational costs.




- Generate monthly financial reports and business performance dashboards.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Banking & Documentation
- Manage banking transactions, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
- Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.

Required Skills : -

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Import & Export Accounting.
- Knowledge of Factory Accounting, Inventory Management, and Cost Accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
- Experience with Bank Reconciliation and Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications : -

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting. M.Com or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CA (Inter), CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience : -

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, Factory Operations, or International Trade.
- Experience in manufacturing, import/export, or industrial organizations will be preferred.

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Timely filing of GST, TDS, and statutory returns.
- Effective management of inventory and cost records.
- Compliance with import/export regulations.
- Accurate reconciliation of accounts and banking transactions.
- Effective handling of audits and regulatory inspections.
