Role: Technical Plant Operations & Quality Control

Location: Gudur

Company is manufacturing Plastic Films used for packaging Mattresses, Televisions etc.

Job Responsibility:

- Hands-on Machine Operation: Personally operate, program, and fine-tune the 3-layer Mamata Bramption co-extrusion line.
- Enforce rigorous technical metrics covering Mass, Thickness, Output, and Pressure.
- Knowledge of Recipe Formulation: Formulate precise polymer blends (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE) to meet premium market benchmarks.
- Maintain absolute thickness control to eliminate GSM variations on both 1-foot and 10-foot films while minimizing polymer scrap.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve PLC automation errors and mechanical issues swiftly to maximize uptime.

Candidate Background and Educational Qualifications:





- Degree/Diploma in Plastics Technology (e.g., CIPET) / Polymer Engineering /Mechanical/Electrical.
- Minimum 5+ years of core experience in multi-layer blown film co-extrusion.
- Candidates must be technically capable of operating the machine themselves, not just managing people.

Konwledge of Telugu is preferred, but not mandatory

Technical skill is must.

Candidate should be confident of managing production / plant operations independently including managing shifts.

Training of workers and building a recent team.
