Community Management

- Reply to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Handle online reviews and customer feedback professionally.
- Build relationships with local customers and followers.

Paid Advertising

- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Generate leads and increase local reach.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting





- Track follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest recent ideas to improve social media performance.

Required Skills

- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN Editor, or Adobe tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Creativity with current social media trends.
- Knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 13 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
