Job Title: Team Leader ICICI Write-Off Collections
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of collection executives handling ICICI Write-Off accounts.
- Ensure daily collection targets and productivity goals are achieved.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
- Prepare daily MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Operations and HR for team management and issue resolution.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Collections, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader in a Write-Off portfolio.
- Robust team management and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of collection processes, MIS, and performance management.
- Graduate preferred.
