We are looking for a visionary Lead AI Developer to spearhead our AI initiatives. You aren't just a coder; you are an architect of intelligent systems and a mentor who thrives on staying at the bleeding edge of Generative AI. You will be responsible for designing scalable AI architectures, leading a talented team of developers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Development: Design and deploy production-ready AI applications using Python, focusing on LLM orchestration (RAG, Agentic workflows, and fine-tuning).
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 35 developers, conducting rigorous code reviews and providing technical direction.
- Mentorship & Training: Act as the "internal professor"—staying updated on the latest AI research (SOTA models, embedding techniques, etc.) and training the team to implement them.
- AI Strategy: Evaluate third-party AI services vs.



open-source models to find the most cost-effective and performant solutions for our specific use cases.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI development, from data ingestion and vectorization to deployment and monitoring (LLMOps).

Technical Requirements

- Python Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience with Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, AsyncIO).
- LLM Ecosystem: Proven experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI. Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation metrics.
- Vector Databases: Hands-on experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in deploying AI models on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Frameworks: Solid grasp of PyTorch or TensorFlow, even if primary work is at the API/Orchestration level.
