Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager -HR to join the People team at MobiKwik. This is a key hands-on role that will own the administration and governance of our HRMS platform (Darwin), drive people-data accuracy, and support the broader HR Operations function with reporting, analytics, and process improvements. The ideal candidate brings deep HRMS expertise, a strong eye for data integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. HRMS Management (Darwin)
- Serve as the primary system administrator and point of contact for the Darwin HRMS platform
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle events on Darwin - onboarding, movements, confirmation, promotions, separations, and mapping changes
- Configure and maintain system modules including employee master, org structure and leave, attendance
- Collaborate with the Darwin vendor/support team for issue resolution, new releases, and customization requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance within the system at all times
- Drive user adoption across HR and business stakeholders through training and process documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase automation and reduce manual effort
2. People Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and publish regular HR dashboards and MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, etc.) for stakeholders
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leaders
- Build and maintain standardized report templates in Darwin and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ensure data hygiene and consistency across all people reports
3. HR Operations Support
- Support the end-to-end payroll input process by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data to the payroll team
- Manage employee documentation and record-keeping in line with company policy and statutory requirements
- Assist with audit requirements by providing timely and accurate HR data and proofs
4. Projects & Ad Hoc Initiatives
- Contribute to HR transformation projects including system upgrades, policy rollouts, and process re-engineering
- Support key HR events such as goal setting, appraisal cycles, increment rollouts, new joiner surveys
- Take ownership of any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Operations Lead
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 to 7years of experience in HR Operations with at least 2 -3 years of hands-on HRMS administration experience
- Prior experience working with Darwin HRMS is strongly preferred; experience with other enterprise HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) will also be considered
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualisation)
- Experience in a high-growth startup or fintech setting is an added advantage
