We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA with strong automation expertise to drive quality engineering practices across products and teams. The role involves designing scalable automation strategies, mentoring QA testers, improving test frameworks, and ensuring high-quality releases through proactive quality ownership. Automation is a core expectation and a critical success factor for this role.

Key Focus Areas:

Advanced expertise in designing and implementing modern automation frameworks, with a strong focus on Playwright solutions.

Ability to lead end-to-end quality assurance activities.

Experience in API, UI, integration, and regression automation.

Mentoring and guiding team members on QA methodologies, modern automation tools, and overall testing best practices.

Driving quality metrics, test optimization, and release readiness.

Demonstrating a strong initiative to monitor telemetry and logs (Grafana, Kibana) to proactively identify egressions and ensure overall system resilience.

Solid collaboration with Technology, Product, and DevOps teams.

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned QA activities across projects and releases.
