Job Summary

Responsible for complete plant operations including production planning, process control, manpower handling, dispatch coordination, quality compliance, productivity improvement, and overall operational efficiency in an engineering manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end manufacturing operations of the plant with manpower more than 150.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch as per customer schedules.
- Coordinate with all departments.
- Monitor machine utilization, rejection, downtime, and productivity.
- Implement process improvements and cost control measures.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and statutory compliance on the shop floor.
- Review raw material availability.
- Ensure customer quality standards are maintained.

Required Qualification

- BE Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- MBA Operations will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 15+ years in engineering/manufacturing industry.
- Experience in engineering manufacturing industries required.
