We are searching for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bhubaneswar! In this role, you will play a vital role in attracting, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for our company.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand IT talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and identify qualified IT candidates through various channels (online platforms, professional networks, etc.).
- Pre-screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews and resume reviews.
- Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews, assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through offer stage.




- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and universities (if applicable).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT recruitment trends and technologies.
- Assist with onboarding new hires (optional).

Qualifications:

- Minimum 0.00 years to 4.0 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in permanent positions.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and its current talent landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
