We are hiring Financial Advisors (WFO) for US Campaign, Candidates must have strong to excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts. Immediate joiners preferred. International campaign experience is an added advantage.

Location: Mumbai / Thane (Onsite Only)

Role: Financial Advisor US Process (ACA)

Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply

Salary: Up to 30,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers
- Understand customer requirements and eligibility for health insurance
- Explain ACA benefits and subsidy plans




- Assist customers in enrollment for $0 / subsidized health plans
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in US shift
- Basic customer handling skills
- Graduate / Undergraduate both eligible

Shift Timing:

US Shift: 7:00 PM 5:00 AM

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
