We are seeking an experienced and driven Blue metal Mine Production Foreman to lead our production team. Blue metal Mine Production Foreman Responsibilities & Duties

- Supervise and lead a team of miners and production staff
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as company safety policies
- Implement and maintain effective production systems and processes
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to optimize production and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Provide training and support to team members to develop their skills and improve performance




- Identify and implement improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly

Mine Production Foreman Qualifications & Skills

- Master's degree in mining engineering
- Experience in a leadership role in a unionized environment
- Certification in mine safety
- Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in blue metal mining production, including experience leading a team
- Strong knowledge of federal and state mining regulations, as well as company safety policies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and solve problems
- Commitment to safety and a strong track record of implementing and maintaining protected work practicesRole & responsibilities
