Role:

To ensure smooth and safe operation of HTFS activities during the shift by effectively managing manpower, equipment, maintenance activities, and production support. Responsible for maximizing equipment availability, minimizing breakdowns, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise shift operations and maintenance activities in the HTFS area.

Ensure reliable operation of:

- Hydraulic Press
- Bar Straightening Machine
- Peeling Machine
- Furnace Area Equipment
- MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) System
- Auto UT (Automatic Ultrasonic Testing) System

Monitor equipment performance and take corrective actions to reduce downtime.

Lead and guide technicians and operators during the shift.





Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Maintain shift reports, equipment records, and maintenance documentation.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Education: BE Mechanical OR Diploma Mechanical
- Experience: 12-14 yrs experience with robust knowledge of:

Hydraulic Press, Bar Straightening , Peeling Machine, Furnace Area, MPI & Auto UT

Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra

Candidate should be comfortable to relocate.
