Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate sales data from different regions and sales teams.
- Update sales dashboards and trackers using MS Excel and company ERP systems.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare variance analysis reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports.
- Support the Sales team in customer master data management and sales documentation.
- Assist in maintaining product-wise, dealer-wise, and region-wise sales records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams for required data.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations for management reviews.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and reporting efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales reports and records.
- Adhere to company policies, data confidentiality, and reporting timelines.
