- Lead end to end recruitment for sales, collections, operations and support roles
- Drive mass hiring initiatives to meet aggressive business targets
- build and manage a solid talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels
- partner with regional business heads & branch managers to understand hiring needs
- Track hiring metrics (TAT, conversion, offer to join ration) and drive understand continuous improvement
- strengthen employer branding and candidate experience in the market
Preferred candidate profile
- four years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in NBFC, BFSI, Fintech
- proven experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- data driven with excellent execution capability
- passion for talent speed and quality
