Role Description The Fabrication Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolhapur District. The Fabrication Engineer will oversee fabrication and machining activities, interpret engineering drawings, and ensure that components meet technical specifications and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, supervising welding and machining processes, implementing quality control procedures, and troubleshooting fabrication issues on the shop floor. The role also involves creating and updating process documentation, optimizing fabrication workflows,



and collaborating with project teams to meet delivery schedules and cost targets. The Fabrication Engineer will contribute to maintaining safety, environmental, and quality compliance in line with company certifications and policies.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Mechanical Engineering knowledge, including understanding of fabrication processes and engineering drawings.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Welding and Machining, with experience in supervising or executing shop-floor fabrication activities.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including inspection methods, tolerance verification, and adherence to industry and company standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management abilities, such as planning tasks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and meeting timelines and production targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline are preferred.
- Experience in heavy engineering, oil and gas, or similar manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Ability to use fabrication-related tools, measuring instruments, and basic CAD or technical documentation software is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement are expected.
