We are building our India delivery center and looking for a hands-on AI engineer who loves turning ambiguous business problems into production-grade agentic solutions. You will work directly with enterprise clients, ship real AI products, and help shape how we build from the ground up.

What you will do

- Design and deploy end-to-end agentic AI solutions: RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems for enterprise clients
- Write production-grade Python code with a focus on reliability, scalability, observability, and security
- Build evaluation, guardrail, and LLMOps strategies for secure, measurable AI performance
- Contribute to reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and playbooks deployed across multiple clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US, LATAM, and India to deliver high-quality client engagements

What we are looking for

- 4-6 years in AI/ML or software engineering with recent hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications




- Strong grasp of LLM concepts: prompt design, context engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, and multi-agent patterns
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Hands-on with cloud AI platforms: AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure AI, or Snowflake Cortex
- Full software development lifecycle experience (design, build, test, deploy, operate)
- Strong SQL skills and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Good to have

- Experience building reusable accelerators or modular codebases deployed across clients
- Industry background in life sciences, retail, financial services, or manufacturing
- Open source contributions, technical writing, or speaking on AI and agents
- Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
