About the Position:

Designation: Manager- CSR

Job Location: Gurgaon (sector 71 )

Roles and Responsibilities

- Own and drive the annual capital raise target of 3 crore for the Education Fund, sourced through

corporates, family foundations, and high-net-worth donor families.

- Work closely with NGO partners to develop and strengthen recent charitable and education-focused

donation programmes.

- Lead proposal development, negotiations, and grant closures.
- Ensure compliance, governance readiness, and donor confidence.
- Identify and engage CSR-aligned corporates, family offices, and foundations.
- Build relationships with leaders, CXOs, promoters, and trustees.
- Oversee the management of donations raised by the CSR department and track fund utilization against

commitments.

- Track ongoing CSR activities and manage outcomes, ensuring effective reporting to leadership and

stakeholders.

- Formulate strategy on future fundraising requirements and ensure outreach is aligned with organizational

objectives.

- Actively seek and act on feedback from donors and partners to drive optimum outcomes for all parties.
- Communicate Taggds ethics and compliance standards to partners and ensure zero deviations.




- Become a key contact point for fundraising, partnership, or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the Education Fund.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, or corporate partnerships.
- Proven experience in corporate fundraising; candidates with an NGO background are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with corporate family houses and high-net-worth donor families.
- Strong communication skills verbal, written, and presentation.
- Ability to handle a variety of stakeholders, partnership types, and donor profiles effectively and independently.

Desirable Requirements

- Experience designing CSR initiatives with strong vision and project planning skills.
- Should have developed, driven, and executed comprehensive outreach strategies to engage corporate and family donors.
- Experience tracking ongoing CSR activities and managing programme outcomes and impact reporting.
- Prior exposure to education-sector CSR programmes is an added advantage.
