The In Charge Asset Management Cell is responsible for monitoring and controlling the organization's fixed assets inventory debtors and creditors to ensure accuracy, accountability and effective working capital management.
The role involves conducting physical verification of assets and inventory, reviewing receivable and payable aging, ensuring timely reconciliations and identifying discrepancies for corrective action.
The incumbent will monitor asset utilization, inventory levels, collection efficiency and liability management while strengthening internal controls and data integrity.
The position requires preparation of MIS reports, risk analysis and recommendations for process improvements and working capital optimization.
The candidate will coordinate with various departments and support internal audits,



statutory audits and investigations.
Chartered Accountant qualification with at least six years of experience in asset management, audit, working capital management and ERP based financial systems is essential.
Robust analytical, reconciliation, reporting and stakeholder management skills are required for this role.
