- Oversee the operations of the cell manufacturing, ensuring production, quality, cost, technical performance, safety, and manpower utilization align with defined goals.
- Continuously drive operational improvements using Lean tools to reduce costs, enhance production efficiency, and improve product quality.
- Plan, organize, direct, and oversee daily operations to optimize performance and exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare daily consumption reports and forecast material requirements in line with production targets.
- Ensure production output, product quality, and yield targets are consistently met.
