You will work closely with the Partners and Investment Committee across the full investment lifecycle - from deal sourcing and evaluation to transaction structuring, portfolio management and risk oversight - while gaining broad exposure to the startup and venture capital ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Source and originate investment opportunities through ecosystem engagement, VC networks and founder relationships
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across the startup ecosystem
- Conduct financial analysis, business evaluation and credit underwriting
- Prepare investment memorandums and present recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Build and review financial models to assess cash flows, downside protection and return metrics
- Structure venture debt transactions including loan terms,
covenants and financing arrangements
- Monitor portfolio company performance, liquidity and covenant compliance
- Engage directly with ecosystem stakeholders
- Support portfolio risk management, reporting and compliance processes
What We're Looking For
- MBA / Master's in Finance, Economics or Business; or CA qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Venture Capital, Venture Debt, Private Credit or Investment Banking
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Familiarity with venture financing structures and the startup ecosystem
- Ability to independently manage transactions in a fast-paced setting
