- Develop new product designs for furniture products, ensuring they meet customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, including production planning and marketing strategies.
- Conduct research on competitors, materials, and technologies to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Manage budgets for NPD projects, tracking expenses and making data-driven decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in Furniture Design or related field (Npd).
- Strong understanding of Research And Development (R&D;) principles and processes.
- Proven track record in developing successful current products that drive business growth.
