Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Performance, Benefits, and Recruiting.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand process requirements, translate them into system configurations, and ensure alignment with best HR practices.
- Drive functional design, system configuration, UAT coordination, and rollout of Oracle HCM modules and enhancements.
- Provide functional support to end-users, resolve queries related to HR processes and system usage, and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Continuously review and optimize HR processes and workflows within Oracle HCM to improve efficiency, compliance, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to define business requirements for integrations between HCM and payroll/other systems, ensuring functional accuracy.
- Develop and deliver functional reports and dashboards using OTBI/BI tools to support HR operations and business decision-making.
- Recommend and implement industry best practices in HR workflows, approvals, and system usage.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including SOPs, process guidelines, user manuals, and training materials.
- Support change management and user training initiatives to drive adoption of Oracle HCM across the organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve employee lifecycle processes including hire-to-retire workflows.
- Provide inputs and support to leadership on HR system enhancements, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Solid functional expertise in Core HR, Talent, Performance, and Recruiting modules
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Experience in supporting HCM integrations (payroll/third-party systems)
