About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Architect with strong expertise in Revit and architectural design. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of professional experience in delivering high-quality projects across domains such as luxury residences, high-rise apartments, commercial spaces, and premium interior design projects. The role requires technical proficiency, design creativity, leadership, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to execution.

Develop, review, and finalize detailed drawings, models, and project documentation using Revit.

Ensure designs meet client requirements, local codes, and international standards.

Collaborate closely with consultants (structural, MEP, interiors) to ensure seamless coordination.

Mentor and guide junior architects and designers in Revit and architectural best practices.





Conduct design reviews and provide creative and technical inputs to enhance project quality.

Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.

Stay updated with latest design trends, creative materials, and sustainable practices.

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

6-10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with proven Revit expertise.

Strong portfolio demonstrating work on luxury residences, commercial projects, or premium interiors.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools (SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, etc.).

Sound knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.

Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and lead teams effectively.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
