We are seeking a passionate Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and an interest in furniture and interior design. You will be involved in all stages of design development from conceptualization to detailed drawings and visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare 3D models, visualizations, and presentation renders.
- Collaborate with the design and production team on custom furniture pieces.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and coordination with vendors when required.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Skills & Software Proficiency:
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other rendering software.
- Strong design visualization and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture detailing,



and space planning.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in design and execution.
- Interest in furniture design, detailing, and interior styling.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work collaboratively in a creative environment.
- Proven experience in site supervision and project execution, preferably in the construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
