Key Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 02 years of experience in HR operations or shared services
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Understanding of employee lifecycle and payroll coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting - IMP
- Knowledge of HR compliance and audit processes

To support end-to-end HR Shared Services operations with a focus on employee lifecycle management, HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors), payroll coordination, and compliance. The role ensures data accuracy, timely processing of HR transactions, and adherence to audit and process standards.





Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end HR Shared Services operations across employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and HR systems
- Coordinate exit management activities
- Assist in HR digitization initiatives, including UAT and system implementation support
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics reports for stakeholders
- Execute core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates) with high accuracy and SLA adherence
- Coordinate payroll inputs, perks, and compliance activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and timely workflow approvals
- Support audit requirements and process compliance tasks
