Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor project execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, applicators, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Monitor manpower deployment and daily productivity.
- Maintain site progress reports and daily work updates.
- Ensure availability of materials and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Follow safety guidelines and company SOPs.
- Attend client meetings and resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in interior projects, paints, coatings, flooring, fit-outs, or construction.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites if required.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and nearby project locations
