Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR functional solutions.
- Configure Core HR components such as workforce structures, person management, employment, absence integration touchpoints, and related HR data models.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, propose design options, and document functional specifications and configuration workbooks.
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for Core HR.
- Coordinate and execute functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Core HR modules.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, and coordinate with technical teams for defect resolution.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent, Integration) to ensure seamless end-to-end HR process flows.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for HR users and administrators.
- Adhere to project timelines, quality standards,
and documentation requirements, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending best practices and enhancements in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR usage.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM product updates, new features, and quarterly releases, and assess their impact on existing solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5 to 9 years of overall experience, with strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, preferably in an international or large enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR configuration, workforce structures, person management, and security concepts related to Core HR.
- Experience in preparing functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios for Core HR.
- Familiarity with integration points between Core HR and other Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management).
- Experience in working with Oracle tools such as OTBI, HCM Extracts, and rapid formulas is an advantage.
