- Conduct field investigations and customer verifications as per assigned cases
- Verify customer information, documents, employment details, residence, and references
- Collect accurate information through field visits and personal interactions
- Prepare detailed investigation feedback and submit findings within specified timelines
- Ensure all verification activities are carried out in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely case updates and clarifications.
