Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership

- Lead end-to-end SNPD platform implementation.
- Manage multiple delivery streams including Development, Integration, Migration, AI, QA, DevOps and Support.
- Drive project execution aligned to business objectives and timelines.

Stakeholder Management





- Engage with senior stakeholders including PMO, Engineering, R&D;, Quality, Procurement and Leadership teams.
- Conduct Steering Committee and Governance meetings.
- Present program status, risks and mitigation plans.

Delivery Governance

- Monitor project scope, budget, schedule and quality.
- Ensure milestone achievement across all phases.
- Drive RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency) management.

Team Management

- Manage project managers, technical leads and external vendors.
- Resource planning and capacity management.
- Performance monitoring and escalation management.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to project standards and governance processes.
- Drive UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
- Ensure project documentation and audit compliance.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP
- PRINCE2
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
