- Sourcing and Hiring through Job Portals
- Screening candidates and identifying right candidates as per the requirement.
- Conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate
- Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites
- Accurate data reporting
- Should be willing to go for walk-in drives
- Should be versatile on work timings.
