Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

- 36+ years experience in Data Protection, DLP, Data Security, or Security Operations roles
- Handson operational experience with:
- Microsoft Purview DLP
- BigID DSPM
- Microsoft PKI / AD CS

- Robust understanding of:

- Sensitive data handling and classification
- Data leakage scenarios
- Certificate lifecycle and trust models

- Willingness to work in 247 shift operations

Preferred

- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, life sciences, financial services)
- Experience working in SOC or managed security services environments
- Exposure to audit and compliance support for data protection controls

Certifications (Preferred / Nice to Have)

- Microsoft Purview / Information Protection certifications
- Windows Server or PKIrelated certifications
- Security+ or equivalent
