Key Responsibilities of Role
Organization & Team Building: - Drive the skill matrix for direct and indirect manpower through structured learning programs to ensure operator readiness for level upgradation.
Customer Orientation: - Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely closure of notifications and PM orders, while implementing robust CAPA for effective breakdown analysis.
Adherence to Annual Business Plan: - Meet budgeted targets for capacity, operational costs, and EBITDA, while ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
Sustainability of Business & Market Share:
- Formulate strategies to reduce risks related to the existing business through technological developments and improvement projects.
Organization Development & Sustainability: - Ensure adherence to safety inspections and timely closure processes, including PTW and LOTO compliance through regular monthly audits.
