- Design hybrid power solutions integrating Fuel Cells, Solar PV, Batteries, and Inverters; prepare schematics, specifications, and BoM/BoQ.
- Assess site requirements through surveys and load analysis; use tools like PVsyst and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems; troubleshoot on-site issues.
- Execute projects involving hydrogen/methanol fuel cells, electrolysis, and related technologies.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for smooth project delivery.
- Prepare reports and documentation on system performance, field activities, and maintenance logs.
- Provide client training and technical support for installed systems.
- Collaborate with RD on improvements, testing, and new solutions.
- Travel extensively for site work across India.

Profile We Seek:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1-3 years in power generation systems (DG sets, Solar PV, Grid-connected setups), including electrical connections, wiring, installation commissioning.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong grasp of energy calculations, hybrid energy systems, and electrical design.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,



PowerPoint) for data analysis and technical reporting.
- Familiarity with PVsyst and AutoCAD preferred.

- Industry Advantage: Prior exposure to Fuel Cell systems, hydrogen generation/storage, or electrolysis is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Work Approach: Independent, proactive, adaptable, and willing to travel extensively across India for projects.
