The main job of Executive Treasury and Finance will be all banking related work like online banking work for fund base and non-fund base limits, arrange for LC/BG, close all IDPMS/EDPMS entries, Bank Reconciliation, MIS related to all banking work areas. Accounts and audits related for treasury and finance. Maintain valuable banking relations with all stake holders.
Responsibilities:
Fund base and non-fund base banking operations
1. Open LCs and BGs as per requirements from purchase / user department as per timeline for material procurement / timely submission to the required department / parties.
2. LC/ BG amendments if requested by end use departments.
3. Acceptances under Letter of Credit of Import and Local payments. Timely arranged to release the documents from Bank. Bills discounting on the trade platforms, Buyers credit documentation & updating statements
4. Advance payment, Cash against documents, Balance payments, and remittance other foreign general payment relating to Form A2 other than LC preparation of all documents.
5. MIS reporting :
Updating the statement of unpaid drafts / LC position/Bank Guarantee, monthly forex exposure data statement, monthly interest provision for suppliers payment. /Prepaid expenses for purchase Bill discounting, LC pendency report etc.
6. Close of all open bill of entries under list IDPMS / EDPMS.
7. Optimization of LC/BG cost by effective usage and accounting / Audits.
8. Bank communication, Correspondence, bank confirmations, bank stock statements, register changes in Authorised signatories, providing various declaration / CA certifies etc.
9. Bank Reconciliation
Preferred candidate profile:
a) B.Com / M.com / MBA -Finance with 3-5 years of experience in banking / treasury area.
b) Experience of working in SAP will be preferable.
c) Ability to provide qualitative and reliable information.
d) Good communication, able to work with other team members & leadership skills.
e) Fluent in English.
