Position: Corporate FB Server
Location: Mohali Road, Chandigarh (Near Mohali Mall)

Overview

We are looking for a professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented Corporate FB Server to provide high-quality food and beverage service within a premium corporate environment

The role involves serving senior management, corporate guests, and visitors while ensuring exceptional hospitality standards, professionalism, and attention to detail

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospitality, fine dining, luxury hotels, executive lounges, or corporate food service operations and possess excellent communication and guest-handling skills

Key Responsibilities Food Beverage Service

- Provide efficient and skilled food and beverage service to employees, senior management, and corporate guests

- Serve tea, coffee, beverages, snacks, meals, and refreshments as per company service standards

- Ensure timely and accurate service during meetings, conferences, and executive gatherings

- Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service etiquette at all times

- Anticipate guest requirements and deliver courteous and attentive service

Meeting Conference Support
- Prepare meeting rooms prior to conferences, board meetings, and client visits

- Arrange refreshments, beverages, crockery, glassware, and service equipment as required

- Coordinate with administration and facility teams to ensure smooth meeting operations

- Ensure meeting and conference areas remain clean, organized, and service-ready throughout the day

Pantry Service Area Management




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and service areas

- Monitor stock levels of beverages, snacks, consumables, and service supplies

- Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items

- Coordinate replenishment of pantry supplies to avoid service disruptions

- Maintain serving equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware in excellent condition

Guest Hospitality
- Welcome visitors and corporate guests in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide hospitality support during executive meetings, client interactions, and special visits

- Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all guests

- Maintain professionalism and discretion while serving senior leadership and visitors

Corporate Events Functions
- Support corporate events, training sessions, leadership meetings, and client engagements

- Assist in setting up and serving during corporate lunches, high-tea sessions, and special occasions

- Ensure hospitality arrangements meet company service standards

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Food Beverage Service, or a related hospitality qualification preferred

- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, executive lounges, corporate cafeterias, business centers,



or hospitality environments

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi

- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and guest relations

- Well-groomed personality with excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a professional corporate environment

- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and service protocols

- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail

Preferred Profile
- Candidates currently working with reputed hotels, business hotels, restaurants, clubs, airlines, or corporate hospitality teams

- Experience serving senior executives, VIP guests, or corporate clients will be preferred

- Candidates willing to relocate to Chandigarh/Mohali may apply

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred
